Your register talks to your website.
One stock, in real time.

Sell in the shop and online from the same stock. A sale at the register updates the website within seconds, and a shopper paying online has the item held until the payment goes through. The KupaLi API connects your register to your website and the systems you already use.

What you can connect

Shared stock for the shop and the website

The website sees how many of each product you have, in every size and colour. Sold at the register? The website knows within seconds.

Held during payment

A shopper presses Pay and the item is held for a few minutes. That way the same item is never sold twice.

Sales and customers

Every sale, refund and new customer reaches your systems: accounting, reports and email marketing.

Products and prices

You manage products at the register. The website gets them with the price, photo, sizes and colours.

Secure and organised

A key for every system

Each system gets its own key, with access only to what it needs. Revoke a key in one click.

Signed updates

Every update sent to the website is signed, so the website knows it really came from the register.

No internal details

Cost prices, minimum prices and staff details never leave the register.

FAQ

What is a POS API?
A standard way for your website or another system to talk to the register: read products and stock, hold an item during payment and get an update on every sale.
Does it work with my website?
Yes, if you have a developer or your website can connect an outside system. The API works with any programming language and any server.
How fast does the website update?
Within about 5 seconds of a sale at the register, a price change or a stock update.
What if the last item sells in the shop while a shopper is paying online?
The item stays held for the online shopper until the hold time ends (10 minutes, adjustable). If it still sells at the register, the website is notified and can contact the shopper.
Does the register issue a receipt for website orders?
No. The website charges the shopper and sends the receipt. The register updates the stock and keeps what sold and at what price.
How much does it cost?
Write to us with what you want to connect, and we will come back with an offer.
