The POS is with your client. The reports are in your inbox.

Every month end, the same story: a client sends a photo of a crumpled register tape, and you try to work out what was sold and how it was paid. With KupaLi, the end-of-day report (Z report) comes to your email every morning, without anyone having to remember to send it. And when you are asked for a uniform-format file, for example in a bookkeeping audit, you download INI.TXT and BKMVDATA.TXT from the system in one click, for any date range. Your firm does not sign up or pay anything for this.

What the accountant gets from KupaLi

End-of-day report by email

The business owner chooses whether the report is sent every day, every week or every month, and adds up to 10 recipients. One of them can be your firm. The daily report arrives in the morning and sums up the previous day: number of transactions, gross, VAT and net, cash out, a breakdown by payment method and the number of the Z report that closed the day. A CSV file with the same data is attached. The Z report is kept as is and cannot be edited; if an action was recorded for that day after closing, the report flags it.

Uniform-format file per the Israel Tax Authority's instructions

Choose a date range and get a ZIP file with INI.TXT and BKMVDATA.TXT, inside the folder structure the instructions require. You can open it straight onto a USB drive and hand it to the auditor. Other reports export to CSV and Excel, and open in any software that reads those files.

Your own access, without asking the client every time

Register and Smart POS have no limit on the number of users, so the business owner can open a user for you with reports permission. From that user you download the uniform-format file and the reports yourself.

Software registry

KupaLi is registered in the Tax Authority's software registry (registration certificate 00278401).

How it works with your clients

One promo code per firm

Every firm gets its own code. A client of yours who upgrades to a paid plan and enters the code gets the first month free.

One free trial per business

Every business can try a paid plan for 14 days free, once, without a credit card. A business that already used its trial does not get it again, not even through a firm's code.

The prices your client sees

Register: ₪79 per branch per month. Smart POS: ₪119 per branch per month. Prices before VAT.

What your client needs to start

A computer or tablet they already have. KupaLi is software only, and card payments still go through the business's existing terminal. This is how it is written for the client on the price list: "Need a card terminal integrated with the system (₪1,500 + VAT, coming soon)? Until it is available, use your external terminal."

FAQ

Is KupaLi registered in the software registry?
Yes. KupaLi is registered in the Tax Authority's software registry, registration certificate 00278401, and the uniform-format file exports from it in one click.
Does the firm need to pay anything?
No. The firm does not sign up or pay. The export for the accountant is included in every client plan.
What exactly is in the end-of-day report?
Number of transactions, gross, VAT and net, cash out, a breakdown by payment method and the number of the Z report that closed the day. A CSV file with the same data is attached, so you have a copy for the file.
Can I get the uniform-format file without asking the client?
Yes, if the client opened a user for you with reports permission.
The client takes card payments on their own terminal. Does it show in the POS?
Yes. The payment goes through the business's external terminal, and the cashier marks in the POS that it was paid by card. The sale is recorded with the payment method, and it appears in the end-of-day report and in the uniform-format file.
