Does the price include hardware?
The price of ₪79 per branch per month, before VAT, is for the software. Need a card terminal integrated with the system (₪1,500 + VAT, coming soon)? Until it is available, use your external terminal. Epson and Star printers and any barcode scanner that works as a keyboard connect to the POS. The full list is on the "Supported hardware" page.
Do I need to switch card processors?
No. Swipe the card on your existing terminal and mark in the POS that it was paid.
How is it different from Smart POS?
Register suits a business that needs to sell, issue receipts and see sales for any period: day, week or month. There is also an offline mode, so you keep selling even without internet. Smart POS adds advanced stock with sizes, colors, counts and purchasing, staff management with shifts, permissions and commissions, AI reports in plain language, and a loyalty club with points, coupons and campaigns. There is also an offline mode, so you keep selling even without internet. On both plans you can add branches (billed per branch); comparing and managing branches centrally is on Smart POS.
Does KupaLi issue receipts or invoices?
Every sale gets a receipt, and a Z report closes at the end of the day. Tax invoices, for example for a business customer, you keep issuing in your invoicing software. Your accountant gets the end-of-day report by email, and you download the uniform-format file in one click.
